Proud supporters of Siyaphambili Support Centre, Thompsons Africa donated 60 stationery packs to Siyaphambili this morning.  This stationery will be handed to 60 of the kids they support. What an emotional and HAPPY experience!

The organization is an NPO and was founded by Mama Zodwa, a retired nurse.

They provide home-based care services for sick people and support for their vulnerable family members (mostly children and grandmothers). They bathe them and ensure that they adhere to their treatment regimens. They also run a daily soup kitchen for orphans and vulnerable children. There are about 60 children who receive at least one meal a day from the center and are assisted with their homework.

The centre also runs a gardening project and assist individuals who want to apply for identity documents or social grants.

Thompsons Africa is proud to make a difference in the lives of the members of our local community.  Thank you to our Social Responsibility Committee who drive these projects.  #makingusproud
